Jacob “Lefty” Marrero of Ortiz Boxing Gym won his fight at Mohegan Sun on November 2nd by knockout! He is now 8-0 with 7 KOs. Ortiz Boxing Gym is a long-time tenant at the Innovation Center.
Ortiz Boxing Gym runs an inner-city youth boxing program in Bridgeport, CT (ages 10 & up). Their free program operates solely on donations and profits from events. A huge congratulations on their victory this past weekend.
